UnrealFi
A very small team, building with AI, delivered what conventional development could not: in far less time, for far less money.
Nexus. A proprietary mortgage brokerage platform. Operations, processing, loan origination, marketing and more, in one place. The whole company runs on it.

Growth outran the tools.
UnrealFi was growing, and its work was spread across many tools. Every new client added friction. It needed one place to run the whole business.
It also needed a brand that looked like one company. And no off-the-shelf software fit the way they work.
[02]what we didls ./done
We built Nexus.
Nexus is UnrealFi's own platform: operations, processing, loan origination, marketing and more, in one system.
Part one: the platform. Built for UnrealFi alone, so it works the way their team works. Nothing in it is generic.
- Part two: the brand. We built the brand and marketing around it.
- An identity and guidelines that make every touchpoint look like one company.
- Newsletters, social, cards, signatures, letters, banners and video, ready to use.
[03]how we workedrun ./process
Small team. Big platform.
A very small team. AI on the real project from day one. A very short time from the first call to a platform the whole company uses.
Conventional development could not have delivered this result, at this price, on this timeline. That is the point of working our way.
- One partner for platform and brand, so they fit from day one.
- Senior people only. The ones you meet are the ones who build.
- A direct line between UnrealFi and the builders. No layers.
- Working software early, so feedback landed on something real.
[04]what changeddiff ./before ./after
Everyone runs on Nexus.
The whole company runs on Nexus. Marketing, origination, processing and operations now live in one place.
Every letter, email, card and post now looks like one confident company.
A very small team built it, fast. If your company runs on a patchwork of tools, it can run on one platform too.

The brand, in use.
Part two: brand and marketing. One look, everywhere a client meets them.

Business cards. On-brand cards, including a radar variant.
Newsletter. "A new look, and the reason for it": the rebrand, announced in an HTML email ready for Mailchimp.
Video. A Mortgage Radar walkthrough, recorded from the live demo with titles and narration.
Social. Templates the team reuses, so every post stays on brand.
Social. The same set, in the clay colour.
Meeting backgrounds. The brand shows up on every video call too.
